I always love seeing what everyone packs in their hospital bag, so here’s a little peek into mine! My duffel is (unfortunately) discontinued from Sezane, but I was able to source and link just about everything else or something similar. I also tried to keep it all organized by using these travel pouches from Amazon. I have one for my toiletries, one to keep by my bed, and one for baby girl. Then my clothes, pjs and shoes are in the big duffel. Keep on reading!
This bag will likely stay in the bathroom. Things like skincare, shower stuff, a few makeup items, personal hygiene and some peri and hemorrhoid care. The hospital provides a lot of this, but I have some favorites that I’d rather bring and use like the items shown below.
I will keep this bag by my hospital bed, so I don’t have to ask my husband to constantly grab stuff for me. I put anything in here that I’d randomly need throughout my stay. Things like chapstick, long phone charger, essential oils, fan, eye masks, nipple care, socks, lotion, snacks, etc.
Basically her little suitcase! A few swaddle options, onesie, kyte baby bundler, photo outfit, bows, paci options, socks, mittens, nightlight and sound machine. Hospital will provide everything else!
For all of my clothes, pjs and shoes! I am bringing my own labor gown, a long sleeve pajama set, a long sleeve pajama dress, a short sleeve pajama dress, a going home outfit, flip flops, slippers, nursing bras, cozy socks, postpartum undies.
We also bring our own pillows and blankets! I like to bring thank you baskets for my nurses and care team as well (details saved to a highlight on my instagram). I’ll be curious to see what I use vs. don’t use this time around. Hope this was helpful!
