Taylor and I are taking a little long-weekend getaway to West Palm Beach, and I am so excited! It’s our first time leaving our third baby (currently 6 months old) and I’m a little anxious, but definitely ready to have some time for rest & relaxation (and let’s be honest….shopping and golf) with T and soak up some of that Florida sunshine. Side note – pretty sure I left the older two kids way way way earlier than 6 months, but there’s just something about that third baby that makes it hard to let go. I want her with me every waking moment!
Taylor and I have been to Miami and Ft. Lauderdale and even to Jupiter, FL but never to West Palm Beach. It looks like just the place for an escape from these cold and dreary Tennessee days. I’m excited to explore and take in all the lush, beautiful landscape and coastal inspiration. We don’t have a lot on the docket yet. Taylor is surprising me with a dinner reservation, I’ve booked us a massage at Anushka Spa, and we have a brunch reservation at Swifty’s, inside of The *iconic* Colony Hotel . Taylor is planning on playing a round of golf on Sunday, while I go shop Worth Avenue and any antique store I can find. I’m looking forward to just meandering with an iced coffee in hand and absolutely no responsibilities.
